Good clippers, some shipping delays

I ordered the FreshFade 2020C Clipper and a set of Ceramic Blades. The clipper itself is solid; cuts clean and feels good in the hand. The blades were easy to swap out too. Shipping took a little longer than expected, about 7 days to get to me in California, which was a bit of a drag. Packaging was secure, nothing was damaged. Customer service responded fairly quickly when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, it's a good tool for the price, but they could probably speed up their delivery times a bit.

Nah, I tried that last month. They say in the FAQ that most promo codes don't combine with existing bundle offers. So it's one or the other, I think.

I returned a trimmer once that I had opened and used briefly. They have a policy about tools that have been used for hygiene reasons, but if it was just opened and not really used, you might be okay. Worth checking their specific return policy page.
